“Peter, this one’ for you.” – With those words to the late Peter Mayhew who played Chewbacca, Harrison Ford officially opened Galaxy’s Edge at last night’s dedication ceremony.
All Star Wars fandom was focused last night on the official opening of Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Resort in California. For those lucky enough to be able to see the historic dedication LIVE, were treated to an amazing show in front of a life sized Millennium Falcon! For those of us not so lucky, were able to watch it on Youtube and other social media.
The dedication was joined by Star Wars creator, George Lucas, Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Billy Dee Williams and Disney CEO Bob Iger.
