In just over two weeks, one of the most anticipated movies in fandom will release starring Ryan Gosling, “Project Hail Mary.”
Gosling is, in my opinion, the perfect lead for this movie as he has not only dramatic acting ability but his comedic timing is perfect! I think that his likability as a person and his many successful projects has also made this move, even if not a fan of the genre, a draw for many “normies” to fill theater seats.
I can’t wait to see this and the following promos make me even more excited!
Science teacher Ryland Grace wakes up on a spaceship with no recollection of who he is or how he got there. As his memory slowly returns, he soon discovers he must solve the riddle behind a mysterious substance that’s causing the sun to die out. As details of the mission unravel, he calls on his scientific training and sheer ingenuity — but he may not have to do it alone.
