Batman has always been known as the serious, brooding protector of Gotham City, striking fear into criminals while rarely cracking a smile. That’s exactly why Batman parodies are so much fun. By taking the Dark Knight out of his comfort zone and placing him in hilarious, awkward, or completely ridiculous situations, these talented creators remind us that even the most iconic superheroes can be the source of a great laugh. Conan O’Brien is my favorite late-night talk show host. I love his awkward and self-deprecating comedic style. What always made Conan stand out to me were his funny staff interactions and skits, including this, where he plays Batman, not happy with DC, and trying to join the Avengers.

In my opinion, the best part of each “How it Should Have Ended” video was the Super Cafe, where we got to see Superman and Batman in a diner drinking coffee while discussing some funny topic or something about their lives.
